Sushi

I would like to present Japanese food.

Most popular is “sushi”. Sushi is made from vinegar rice and slice fish. When we eat it, we put soy sauce.

We also like Japanese-style confectionery, called ”ichigo daifuke”. It is very very very sweet. The content of it is bean paste and a whole strawberry.
